Our suite of services includes investment management and financial planning, CFO services and tax advisory and compliance.Your Impact:* Utilizing Dynamics for invoice processing including data entry and check preparation* Credit card statement processing - system input and documentation review* Utilizing Bank of America CashPro to process wires, make remote deposits, download bank statements to complete bank reconciliations, and process positive pay* Utilizing ReqLogic for invoice data entry and PO processing* Maintaining client files/records* Tracking and following up on transactions* Recording journal entries* Completing vendor, credit and other applications* Requesting completed W9 and NDA forms from vendors* Communicating and following up with vendor inquiries* Processing 1099s* Collecting invoices for annual sales tax return* Responding promptly to client's various requests* Ad hoc analysis and reportingWhat You'll offer:* Minimum 2 years of experience with Accounts Payable* Basic understanding of accounting principles including an understanding of how to record adjusting journal entry transactions* Excellent and accurate data entry skills* General ledger experience with use of accounts payable sub ledger on a mid-tier general ledger system (Microsoft Dynamics SL (formerly Solomon), Great Plains experience a plus)* Ability to identify filing requirements for sales tax* Detail oriented nature and exceptional organization skills with strong follow-upWe'd love to see:* Experience working in a Family Office, Business Management or not-for-profit environmentWhy join Geller & Company?* Opportunity to scale your experience beyond the scope of your role* 100% funded health, vision, and dental insurance* 401K plan with company match* Generous PTO and paid holidays* Philanthropic opportunities* A wide variety of free and healthy snacks available all day in our caf* Discounted health club reimbursementWhat's next?If this sounds like you, apply today and Talent Acquisition will review your application and get in touch if there is match.Geller & Company is an equal opportunities employer.
