Title of Position: Restaurant Manager
Job Description:
As our Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for all day to day operations of the restaurant. The Restaurant Manager will exercise knowledge of controlling staff resources, developing the team, and assist in building sales while maintaining all operational, safety and sanitation guidelines. Excellent leadership abilities are a must to reach your goals as our Restaurant Manager. Training and coaching personnel with a positive and encouraging attitude will lead to a productive work atmosphere. It s essential that the Restaurant Manager possesses a strong understanding of administrative and financial functions. Managing the routine maintenance of the restaurant is essential in prolonging equipment life and functionality. Spectacular verbal and written communication skills are a necessary attribute of the Restaurant Manager as well.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2+ years current experience as a Restaurant Manager in a Full Service concept
  • High volume background - must have experience managing Full Service restaurants doing over $2 million in sales per year
  • Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
  • Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
  • Restaurant Manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
