Job Description:Seeking an up-and-coming, creative, figure-things-out, hands-on Office/HR Administrator. You ??re a self-starter, eager to learn and adept at balancing competing priorities. Whether it ??s making all visitors feel welcome or providing candidates with a first class interview experience or keeping the office keg filled, you are a born caretaker.You excel at organizing, communication, and attention to detail. You stand out by accomplishing all of the above combined with prioritizing your time, completing tasks with an appropriate sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service.This is a FT, hourly position located at our office in Boulder.TasksAdministration DutiesGreet visitors and maintain documentation required for ITAR (will train). Escort visitors, candidates and vendors as needed.Maintain ownership of all conference rooms including stocking refreshments, calendaring and very light cleaningGeneral vendor management for services such as vending machines, shredding, facilities, etc.Collect mail and distribute to appropriate inboxes.Answer light incoming callsFacilitiesServe as primary contact for facilities requests, and manage relationships with those vendorsAssist HR Manager in establishing and maintaining FreeWave ??s BCP(Business Continuity Plan), e.g. engaging vendors for routine maintenance of critical equipment.Human ResourcesRecruiting Coordination: schedule interview rounds, correspond with candidates, maintain job postings in ATS.Event planning: assist in organizing employee events such as holiday parties, cater lunches, own birthday and anniversary lists.Onboarding: prepare all new hire gifts and assist with the onboarding process.Prepare various reports in Excel as needed.Other duties as needed.Required Experience:Musts:Must have GED and at least 2 years Office Administration, Facilities and/or HR experience.Must have experience with Excel, Outlook and vendor management.Basic math skills, addition, percentages, etc.Must be a US Person in accordance with United States immigration laws to be considered for this positionKeyword: HR/Office AdminFrom: FreeWave TechnologiesApply now
