Resource Administrator is responsible for the administrative processes in managing the contingent workforce.
+ Manage the hiring process with an external vendor (Atrium) of our contingent workforce which includes offer letter, background checks, and systems access.
+ Responsible for creating of the purchase order for the approval of a specific project a contingent employee assignment
+ Managing the extension process of extending contingent employee engagement.
+ Approve timesheets as secondary approver (as needed)
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:**
+ 1-3 plus years of experience
