We are a multiple James Beard award winning restaurant in Boulder, CO. We specialize in the highest level of Italian fine dining. We draw our inspiration from the region of Friuli and are the only restaurant in the US to do so. We train all of our chefs in butchery, pasta making, proper cookery, and elegant plating. We are also a growing company looking to train future culinary leaders and managers.


We are looking for quality individuals for a sous chef positon. 5 Years kitchen experience is required and some management experience is a preffered. Individuals must have a strong work ethic and an even temperment. As sous chef, the applicant will be training and mentoring staff as well as upholding kitchen standards. The position is also responsible for ordering product. The sous chef must also ensure product is of the highest quality, and taken care of from the door to the plate.


Many of our chefs live in the Denver area and we offer bus passes to facilitate that commute. We cannot wait to hear from you. Grazie!
