Foot Locker, Inc., is seeking a Manager, Executive Compensation. The Manager, Executive Compensation supports the development, implementation and evaluation of executive compensation programs. The mission of the global total rewards team is to design and deliver market-competitive total rewards programs that support Foot Locker's Talent Strategy. The Team is responsible for the design, implementation and execution of Foot Locker's global compensation, benefits and performance management programs. To learn more about the incredible impact we're making on both our local and global communities, Click Here!* Research and benchmark Foot Locker executive compensation practices, leveraging a combination of publicly available (proxy) and survey data* Prepare schedules, charts and individual pay summaries to be included in preparatory and final materials for Compensation Committee and Board of Directors meetings* Prepare ad hoc analysis in relation to executive compensation program, that may include modeling of our executive incentive program, peer practices summaries, pay gap, etc.* In collaboration with Foot Locker's accounting, legal and finance departments, administer existing executive compensation programs, including annual statements, calculation of long-term and short-term incentive programs, delivery of proxy data, stock plan administration, etc.* As a member of our global center of expertise, the Executive Compensation Manager constantly develops own and team's deep expertise in global compensation trends for our Executive, Store and Non-Store associates globally* Stays up-to-date with business agenda and suggests improvements on how compensation can further support company's strategies* Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline* Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in compensation roles of increasing responsibility in a public company* Excellent attention to detail* Highly developed analytical skills with ability to interpret, bring insights and apply judgement* Strong project management skills and ability to work within timelines* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required* High standards of quality and accuracy* High standards of ethics and discretion
