**Position Description** **Fiserv seeks a Director, Enterprise Regulatory Compliance Programs for our Alpharetta office.** The Director is critical to the improvement and ongoing maintenance of Fiserv s enterprise compliance management system and will assist the VP, Regulatory Compliance in fostering enterprise consistency by providing second line oversight and governance support and functions to ensure a uniform and effective approach to incorporating compliance into business unit strategy and operations **What does a successful Director of Compliance do?** **In this role, you will:** + Be a leader with vision promoting a strong, compliance aware culture that aligns with our organizational values and purpose + Lead and influence multiple enterprise compliance initiatives, using your understanding of the regulatory environment for Fiserv and our clients + Interact and collaborate regularly leaders and internal partners including the Enterprise Risk organization, Legal and the Business, with exceptional integrity and capable of influencing multiple partners + Support the design and roll out of the enterprise compliance framework as dictated by the VP, Compliance + Drive execution of enterprise compliance strategic initiatives and improvement and execution of business unit compliance programs to ensure effective implementation and ongoing governance and oversight + Coordinate with various partners on regulatory compliance matters including assigned Business Units, Legal and Corporate Audit Services + Partner in the development and enhancement of compliance processes and enterprise compliance monitoring mechanisms + Conduct comprehensive second line testing for compliance with applicable regulations, laws and industry standards, and to test the effectiveness of controls + Provide authoritative and consultative advice and support to leadership and make recommendations regarding preventative and corrective action to minimize regulatory and compliance risks + Work with various levels of Fiserv management to ensure that appropriate regulatory processes and controls are established and documented within their areas of responsibility + Assist the business with establishment of standard reporting metrics to ensure target performance and reporting requirements are met, including identification of significant incidents that require effective resolution. + Engage with regulators and Fiserv leaders for regulatory examinations and inquiries + Assist in the evaluation of audit findings and enable and monitor the successful and timely development and implementation of corrective actions and needed responses + Monitor the regulatory landscape to stay current and aware of emerging risk, proposed and existing regulatory changes and industry best practices, and determine impact to operations of Fiserv products and services + Moderate travel may be required 10 20% **What do we need from you?** + Bachelor s Degree + Eight+ years of regulatory compliance experience within the financial services industry with demonstrated experience in applying compliance program and regulatory compliance concepts. + Experience in developing, implementing and monitoring a comprehensive compliance management system. + A strong and deep understanding of compliance laws, regulations and standards. Relevant regulations include but are not limited to the Dodd Frank Act, TILA, TCPA, UDAAP, ADA, FCRA, FDCPA, ECOA, The Electronic Funds Transfer Act, The Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), The Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) rules. + Experience developing compliance policies and procedures. + Proven leadership skills and ability to establish credibility with executive level and business unit management. + Strategic thinking, analytical and client-focused perspective **It would be fantastic if you also have:** + Experience with large scale enterprise change initiatives + Professional certification, preferably the Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) or other similar designation **Additional Desired Skills//Personal Attributes:** + Exceptional Professionalism + Strong problem solving and resolution skills + Proactive thinker + Detail oriented + Process focused, with high quality standards + Works well under pressure and under strict deadlines + Strong time management, communication and collaboration skills + Solid sense of personal ownership for performance and decision-making **Learn more about Fiserv:** In a world moving faster than ever before, Fiserv helps clients deliver solutions in step with the way people live and work today financial services at the speed of life.
