Supports front line officers through various administrative and operational activities. Initiates and coordinates the fulfillment of internal WMG service requests to meet customer needs in IASD various business lines.
Bachelor s Degree or equivalent work experience.
Work experience in financial services (wealth management, trust, banking, brokerage house) preferred.
Frequent contact with Bank personnel at all levels.
Regularly contacts outside customers, including contact with high-level customer contacts.
Good knowledge of the Bank s CIP, BSA and AML policies and procedures.
Familiarity with WMG policies and procedures.
Strong knowledge of wealth management products and services.
Basic knowledge of retail banking products and services.
Ability to verbally communicate effectively with individuals and in a group setting.
Ability to draft and edit reports or correspondence in proper form.
Ability to meet strict deadlines, establish and maintain priorities and work under time constraints with interruptions.
Ability to assimilate and understand information.
Ability to manage detailed information with accuracy.
Ability to use judgment and discretion regarding confidential information is essential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment is critical.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Knowledge of or interest in improving multi-tasking skills.
Proactive and able to work independently.
