Report Clerk

Responsible for accurately reporting all financial reports, including: daily, weekly, and monthly reports. This position is also responsible for monitoring cash handling procedures in the terminal, and reporting findings to the City Manager. This position has access to and handles highly confidential company information


Responsibilities:

  • Accurately creates, processes, complies, edits and develops various daily/weekly/monthly reports
  • Maintains report documentation used to compile reports
  • Prepares and reconciles daily deposits for armored car pickup
  • Maintains PTO accounts, PTO received, and track revenues and refunds
  • Review all accounting notices, cash displacements, free tickets and partial refunds for compliance
  • Ensures credit card complaints (i.e. notify credit card company if there are double charges, write letter to customer, etc.) are handled in a timely and efficient manner
  • May answer phones, maintain files, respond to customer service requests, meet and greet customers, and other clerical duties.
  • Assist in training of CSAs to ensure correct handling of credit paper (CC, PTD, WC) and to eliminate shortage problems. Issue discrepancy reports on all discrepancies

  • Requirements:

  • High School Diploma.
  • College coursework in Accounting preferred (Vo-tech or Associates degree)
