Together, we can help people build stronger communities - we're just getting started. **Summary:** Facebook seeks a highly motivated team player to serve as a Contracts Administrator in the Legal Department. This position will play a key role in supporting all aspects of Facebook's contract management and administration and providing guidance in those areas. This is a great opportunity to join a growing legal team and to work on novel issues in an exciting, fast-paced environment. **Required Skills:** 1. Perform multiple areas of contract management and administration (including, but not limited to ushering contracts from beginning to end) 2. Manage and respond to a high volume of daily contract-related inquiries 3. Oversee electronic signature process 4. Efficiently manage contract management system and procedures, including educating/training internal clients 5. Act as liaison between the Legal Department and internal business clients and external contacts for all contract related matters as needed 6. Support international Facebook offices 7. Manage and coordinate various projects and office management responsibilities 8. Draft, review, negotiate and finalize certain form contracts, such as confidentiality and event agreements 9. Collaborate with stakeholders, including finance and tax departments 10. Ensure that signed contracts are finalized, including communication to relevant parties 11. Ensure contract close-out, extension, or renewal **Minimum Qualifications:** 12. 2+ years of contracts administration experience 13. Knowledge of contract administration principles 14. Experience extracting, conveying, and understanding relevant and accurate information from contracts 15. Demonstrated attention to details, experience multi-tasking, reprioritizing, working independently, and promptly responding to a high volume of inquiries with accuracy and consistency 16. Experience with Microsoft Office applications (ex: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AdobeSign (or other electronic signature tool) **Preferred Qualifications:** 17.
