Work with a fun design-oriented health care startup. Join our small team of 5 as we provide product to families all over the world.
In this role you will report directly to the CEO and work with our marketing intern and sales intern. This will provide you the opportunity to delegate redundant tasks as you focus on what matters: strategy, content, and analysis.
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
Build & Design
Develop a marketing and sales strategy that both pulls in new customers and retains and optimizes our existing 20,000 customers.
Create a program that best utilizes and rewards our influencers
Develop creative ad campaigns and work with our interns to execute them.
Delegate tasks to interns that challenge and teach them, while keeping track of their timelines and providing feedback.
Built out a strategy to grow our Amazon Reviews and sales.
Oversee international sales strategy (we have a part time staff member who will work on this with you)
Design creative content that converts ads to sales.
Manage and Analyze
Manage the organization and utilization of incoming content from customers
Analyze campaigns and projects against key performance indicators to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Manage the ROAS from our marketing channels: Facebook/instagram, google ads/google shopping, and amazon.
Preferred Experience and Skills
Experience with Facebook/google ads
Experience with Amazon
Graphic design experience as it pertains to ad content and marketing materials (brochures, banners, etc)
