Leading Engineering Firm seeks a Front Office Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support in Providence County. Duties will include: answering 12 line switchboard, filing, copying, sorting mail, proofreading, making travel arrangements and typing; as well as other general office duties such as making coffee, ordering office supplies, keeping office tidy for visitors and more. The qualified candidate must be a team player, flexible, and thrive in a high paced and ever-changing work environment.
-Minimum of 2 years experience answering a switchboard
-Minimum of 2 years administrative office experience
-Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
-Excellent people and communication skills
-Organized, detail orientated, and able to manage multiple tasks
-High energy level with a positive and flexible attitude
-A polished and professional demeanor with the highest level of integrity
-Very strong work ethic, dependable and trustworthy
-Hours 9:00am to 5:00pm.
