Performs old to new system upgrades within the same family or class, possibly involving new vendor(s) or significant changes to current technology. Performs regular testing of systems to ensure performance metrics are being met. Actions affect critical platforms with a limited number of stakeholders and are of moderate to high level complexity. May perform duties in one or more of the following disciplines: Database, System, Network, &/or Middleware.
In addition to the general requirements, the following are strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of Windows based operating systems both server and desktop
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills including root-cause analysis
Knowledgeable around VDI implementations
Experience working in an ITIL environment
Familiarity of Client Management tools such as Microsoft SCCM
Understanding around Office 365 administration

Minimum Educational Requirements and Experience Equivalencies: Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, Business or related field, plus two years' related experience; or Associate's degree in technical field, plus four years' related experience; or High school diploma plus six years' related experience.
