If this sounds like you please keep reading!Responsibilities* Play a key role on the Cassandra leadership team to ensure Client needs and perspectives are represented appropriately in all decision making* Build, maintain and expand client relationships through proactive outreach, strategic advice and activations* Leverage cultural insights and trends to build cohesive, differentiating strategies for brands* Oversee client brand strategy work, content creation, and delivery of presentations, ideation workshops and activations for clients to ensure quality and efficient work in accordance to client contracts.* Train and organize brand strategy team with clear client list, target revenue goals, and KPIs.* Partner with colleagues throughout Engine to infuse a forward looking, culturally relevant perspective in work across creative, content and distribution* Represent Engine at external conferences* Direct, manage and mentor three talented team membersQualifications* Bachelor's Degree* 5 to 7 years in marketing & strategy* Brand strategy (agency or client) experience, including brand repositioning, re-branding, value proposition and go-to-market strategy* Client services experience* Budget management* Strong analytical skills, creating strategic stories through lens of client goals* Business Development experience* Strong public speaking skills, and the proven ability to eloquently communicate complex information in a digestible and engaging manner* Proven managerial or supervisory experience* Experience and interest working in youth culture, generational trends, societal shifts, and evolving media Associated topics: area sales, b2b, b2c, b2e, business development, channel partner, inside sales, sales, strategy, transaction
