About Wealth Management Transformation The WM Transformation Team is responsible for establishing, aligning and executing the strategic technology change agenda for the Wealth Management Division of Deutsche Bank in the Americas Region. Our goal is to build a future-ready technology landscape to cater to our clients' needs and to enable our advisors to focus on creating customer value by increasing the efficiency of their day-to-day processes. Overview As part of its strategic remit, the Transformation Team is engaged in implementing a new Discretionary Portfolio Management and Advisory solution based on market / vendor technology. Examples of standard tool functionality include the creation of model and individual portfolios, portfolio benchmarking and stress testing, trade simulation, order execution and related reporting. In this context, the Transformation Team has a need for an experienced and motivated Business Analyst to take a lead role on this initiative, realizing the business goals and delivering an application that caters to the needs of our internal advisors and ultimately our clients. Responsibilities Understand, clearly articulate and write business requirements including running business requirement workshops and validating requirements with stakeholders Understand the current application and functional architecture of Deutsche Bank WM and the proposed impact of the changes the Programme is making Report progress into Regional Project Manager and Central Program team Understand the local regulatory environment and how this needs to be integrated in the target operating model / platform Map out the 'as is' business process and translate in to requirements for the new platform Understand data dependencies and solutions available internally and with vendor Document the client end-to-end journey for the discretionary and advisory propositions Involvement in preparing for client migration activities, working with local business SMEs: service levels, documentation, investment portfolios/profiles Formulate Business Requirements and translate these into User Stories Actively participate in sprint reviews as well as testing and training activities Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Produce regular project status updates Requirements Experience of change management Prior experience in business and technology change Experience in working on global programmes Experience in asset management/portfolio management would also be relevant Experience working with Product SMEs, Technology and third party technology vendors Detailed understanding and demonstrable experience of the full project lifecycle incl. requirements / configuration documentation, testing, migrations, customer and colleague journeys, vendor management, target operating model design and delivery Self-motivated problem solving attitude Outstanding communication skills Preferred Experience of wealth management, particular understanding of discretionary and/or advisory wealth management propositions For candidates applying for positions in the US: Deutsche Bank is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Veterans/Disabled and other protected categories.
