Carat, part of Dentsu Aegis Network, has been appointed by Microsoft to run its global advertising, media buying and planning since April 2014. The global partnership has recently been renewed. Microsoft is one of the most prestigious clients in the Dentsu Aegis Network portfolio and services the full suite of products such as Xbox, Surface and Azure for over 80 markets across the world.
The role is responsible for accurate data collection, processing, visualization and analysis. He/she will be delivering and presenting reports and insights to our client on their campaigns and media performance. While providing timely and in-depth reporting, he/she must be an active participant, consistently engaged and contributing ideas and insights that will benefit our clients.
Carat - Manager, Analytics
The Supervisor can create clear and compelling reports from datasets of all sizes and provide insightful analysis for our client. He/she will establish and maintain communication and collaboration with the client and media teams to support and implement high-quality, data-driven decisions. The Supervisor is responsible for constructing and delivering accurate, honest and timely deliverables that will add to the success of each campaign. He/she can perform as a leader with minimal supervision while proactively resolving issues.

The Supervisor will have proven exceptional analytical skills that will provide strategic thinking, accuracy, and insightful analysis on data collected.
* Start-to-end ownership for the quality and timeliness the analytics deliverables * Drive successful completion of data insight initiatives * Strong and effective collaboration with stakeholders, internal and on client side * Set the vision for measurement, reporting and analytics across their line of business in partnership with the media teams * Assist in the hiring and training of team members while creating a thriving environment of learning
* Bachelor's Degree with a strong mathematics background * 3-5 years of experience in analytics with expertise in digital media * Strong reporting and analytics skills, experience building reports from scratch * Advanced Excel knowledge required * Knowledge of working with large relational data sets * Strong, professional, written and verbal communication skills, including translating data into actionable insights * Client facing experience within media agencies or publishers highly desired * Experience with Ad Tech platforms including, DoubleClick (DBM, DCM) Adobe (Analytics, AMO, AAM) Marin and Prisma * Experience with SQL is a plus * Excellent communication, collaboration and delegation skills
