Job DescriptionAs an Audit and Assurance Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the product strategy and direction, roadmap planning, requirements definition and product roll-out for an agile/cloud-based audit platform that is being built to establish Master Data and Reference Data Management and a single Deloitte way for planning and managing client portfolio of services and deliverables across the global Deloitte Audit & Assurance (A&A) Services function. Result will be a centralized A&A book of business system that will anchor together all Global and MF A&A applications to a common engagement data language.The MAT platform will be the entry point to Deloitte's global vision of the Audit of the Future and the Deloitte Way Workflows. The future platform will be used to plan and manage 100% of the Audit & Assurance book of business globally.You will also work with the existing Product Managers and Owners to support the overall objectives of the Audit & Assurance Products and Solutions team. You will gain exposure to other facets of the firm, innovation, national office, and technology, including network growth opportunities.Responsibilities* Developing comprehensive product and project plans, incorporating business process owner requirements* Effectively prioritize and manage the scope of each product launch to deliver key capabilities on time and on budget using agile scrum methodologies* Populate, review and refine product backlogs, including, but not limited to, platform themes, epics, features, user stories, business validation and user acceptance test plans and scripts* Prepare, review, and refine project plans in partnership with Scrum master and teams across the spectrum of groups involved in platform development and deployment (e.g., Data Group, Technology Team, Change Management Team, Configuration Team, Business Process Owner teams)* Creating and executing delivery plans for new features. Monitor key performance metrics to ensure product performance and identify optimization opportunities. Partner closely with business process owners to drive adoption and ensure processes for on boarding are easy and intuitive* Working closely with and software Engineering, Design, and Program Management teams in an agile environment to deliver products to the Audit & Assurance services function across the Global Member Firm network* Aligning and influencing stakeholders and resources globally. Work with Technology Controls groups on technology risk management procedures and documentation* Demonstrating and promoting how the new A&A platform is the enabling platform for the Global A&A portfolio management process and Master Data and Reference Data management* Developing and promoting of the platform resources, guides, tools, and other change management deliverables to support the performance of MAT business processes, including, but not limited to:* Guides* Demos* Design, maintenance and upkeep of the platform* Learning related materials/courseware* Participating in testing new releases of the platform* Providing feedback based on testing* Gathering input from end users* Assessing the market trends, competitive opportunities and threats in defining and evolving the product strategy in your area of product ownership* Up to 50% travel required; remainder of time to work out of Deloitte or home office* Serve as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology solutions to meet clients' business needs* Perform project tasks independently, and may direct the efforts of others* Provide coaching to junior staff.
