Surveillance Business Development Manager

The Surveillance BDM is responsible for all aspects of the Surveillance and Security Business for the Americas Theater. The theater lead will provide guidance and leadership for the virtual team focused on the surveillance business. The BDC lead will coordinate with America's team to lead sales campaigns and programs including field sales, inside sales and OEM.

Key Responsibilities

* Americas Business Revenue Attainment
* Forecast Accuracy and Reporting
* Identify Business Trends and develop sales priorities and campaigns
* Track and lead theater sales plans and initiatives
* Develop and manage business plan
* Drive large opportunities in theater
* Provide business insights and market observations
* Driving Sales Awareness and Enablement in the Field Dell EMC Sales Community
* Gain Mind Share of Cross Functional Sales Specialty Teams
* Prioritizing sales campaigns and resources
