Maintain existing and build new client relationships

Lead sales efforts within assigned territory and/or line of business

Develop and execute an outreach plan to call on existing customers and new leads utilizing in-person visits, phone calls, emails, lunch and learn meetings, networking and training sessions

Manage relationships to achieve sales goals

Prepare proposals and manage quote system

Assist in managing ongoing projects

Maintain communication with clients regarding projects and resolve any issues that may arise

Develop continuing education program

Passion for sales within the commercial construction and A+D community

Associate or bachelor's degree in Design, Business, Architecture or Construction or equivalent combination of education and experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A proactive self-starter

Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner

Must be a detailed person with strong math and critical thinking skills

Stone experience and/or familiarity with the industry is a must

Project management capability

Stay current with ongoing education and development as it relates to products, trends and technology

Demonstrated maturity, good judgment and reliability

Integrity and humility
