Bilingual Order Management Technician (Spanish/English) Description Cummins Turbo Technologies has 1 open positions for a Bilingual Order Management Technician who is proficient in Spanish and English. to support theCharleston Turbo Plant.Cummins Turbo Technologies is a team-based work environment which requires strong communication skills, respect for others, and a positive work ethic. Provide frontline customer contact on all aspects of order entry/enquiry management and customer care. Ensure customers receive high quality on-on-one attention to detail Co-ordinate customers' requirements consistently throughout process on a domestic and international basis. Facilitate communication with internal and external customers Order input and Review Active participation in account teams Maintain files and records providing weekly on-time data to management Confirm delivery with customer Participate in customer focused improvement projects Champion customer requirements in CTT Knowledge and understanding of International Trade Doc requirements and processes to support the international shipments Full understanding and working knowledge of Plant Order Management and Shipping Activities Knowledge of cross-functional processes (master scheduling, compiling, pricing and invoicing) Additional responsibilities as assigned by manager.
