CTG is seeking a Health Data Federation (HDF) Planner/Project Manager to assist our client with their Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program.


* Provide support to end users and process stakeholders concerning schedule management processes and guidelines and respond to requests from the Office of EHRM (OEHRM) staff and management, as needed.?

* Support development of schedule management processes and guidelines to be used throughout all OEHRM Technology and Integration Office directorates.

* Create program documents and standard operating procedures, including an Integrated Master Plan, to input, monitor and report on schedule management performance across the program.

* Maintain procedures for reporting program status and prepare paper and electronic communications for senior management.

* Lead and manage schedule-focused meetings with internal and external stakeholders, develop and recommend courses or actions, and conduct what-if analysis, as required.

* Working knowledge of MS Project and Primavera is required.

Basic qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific/technical discipline is required

* Minimum of 10 years of experience. Minimum of 8 years of experience may be substituted for degree requirements

* Experience managing Information Technology related projects

* Well versed in life cycle and project management methodologies

* Experience tracking costs, schedule and performance progress

* Ability to identify and mitigate risks

* Knowledge of MS Project and Primavera Scheduling tool
