The Senior Manager of Product Management, Dealer Analytics, within Cox Automotive Data Solutions (CADS) will be responsible for the dealer-facing analytics product, NVision. This product leader will enable dealers by providing unique insights that only Cox Automotive Data Solutions can provide, fulfilling the goal of helping dealers more efficiently connect their supply with consumer demand. The candidate is responsible for partnering with product leaders, business leaders, technology leaders, data science, and other stakeholders to lead and champion the development and evolution of an analytics product that delights clients, meet strategic and financial business objectives, and positions the NVision product to deliver market-differentiating insights to dealers that enable them to win. The ideal candidate will: Lead and Manager the full life-cycle of Product capabilities within the NVision Analytics Release Train Define the vision, strategy, and product roadmap of a dealer-facing analytics product, balancing market needs with internal resources Work directly with customers, Sales, Performance Management, Product, User Experience, and Client Support to maintain a solid understanding of both the competitive landscape and customer needs Partner with technology and business leaders across the solution groups that NVision supports, to ensure the product roadmap supports Cox Automotive business objectives on a quarterly and yearly basis Oversee the definition, design, development, and launch of new products and enhancements following scaled agile product development practices Provide regular updates to Cox Automotive Data Solutions delivery stream, portfolio, and select clients, on the current and future objectives for NVision Analyze roadmap Manage and provide ongoing mentoring and oversight for multiple Product Delivery Managers Establish strong relationships with a key group of our clients to foster ongoing communication on current product features and future product concepts Champion continuous product management process improvements within the Product and User Experience Teams to both grow and develop team members and to drive higher customer value from the product delivery pipeline Qualifications: 10+ years of relevant experience with at least 5 years experience in a Product Leadership role 5+ years of experience working in an agile development environment 5+ years of experience working with data and analytics products Requires BS/BA degree in related discipline with advanced degree preferred Automotive experience is strongly desired Digital Marketing experience is strongly desired Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with ability to present and translate complex information to executive, technical, and business partners Strong analytics-based technical background with the ability to quickly develop deep product knowledge and communicate the business value to the field and customers Demonstrated ability to lead product strategy, ideation, discovery, and delivery in an Agile environment with a strong focus on collaboration between customers, stakeholders, and delivery teams Experience with SAFE Agile methodology is a plus #LI-155 About Cox Automotive Cox Automotive Inc. makes buying, selling and owning cars easier for everyone, while also enabling mobility services.
