A ROLE YOU WILL LOVE The Communications Solution Consultant is a key member of the Computershare Communication Services ( CCS ) Solutions team. The Solutions team helps the CCS business understand our clients businesses in order to provide solutions that enhance customer experiences, increase business efficiency and satisfy regulatory requirements. This position is responsible for designing and communicating strategies and solutions for prospective and existing CCS clients and strategic projects. Strategies and solutions are based on a suite of offerings including composition platforms, content management systems, multi-channel outbound communications, and inbound process automation. Primary Accountabilities Become a trusted advisor to our clients and add value through consultative engagement to understand and clarify client needs and challenges, and align with their objectives. Provide leadership and direction to implementation teams delivering the solutions to ensure the delivered outcome meets customer requirements and expectations. Work with Sales and Account Management in understanding opportunities and presenting solutions and strategies to prospective and existing clients that align with their goals. Be an expert in CCS product and service features and functionality and stay abreast of industry trends and techniques. Provide Sales and Account Management with technical support, including assistance in RFx and answering prospectclient questions. Other duties or tasks as assigned by management. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Required Strong track record of documenting and presenting communication solution designs and architecture to stakeholders. Demonstrate the ability to think strategically from a business and technical perspective. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Understand structured data such as XML, .csv, or mainframe formats. Ability to solve complex business problems and articulate, present and document the solutions in a simplified and effective manner. Ability to manage and support multiple projects at a time while maintaining a high level of quality. Ability to adapt quickly to changes in project priorities. Preferred Demonstrate knowledge and success in organizational skills and strategic thinking.
