Location Information Description Regional Director of Operations - Southern Indiana CommuniCare Health Services is currently recruiting an experienced Health Facility Administrator for the position of Regional Director of Operations in the Southern Indiana Region. (The Position will also oversee our 4 Missouri area facilities in St. Louis and KC). The Regional Director of Operations provides leadership to Facility Management and Regional Staff through motivating, directing, and supporting operating plans relating to quality care, employee relations, revenue enhancement, and business results. The position must function as a team member, team leader, and supervisor to ensure that work is accomplished and quality care is delivered, supporting team members and leading the way in celebrating team successes. The Regional Director of Operations has the authority, responsibility, and accountability for the overall operations and financial success of the centers in his/her region. Qualified candidates for the position will have a current Health Facility Administrator license, and at least five years of experience in a Long Term Care nursing facility. Previous multi-site operations experience in a long term care setting is required. The position requires strong math/budgetary skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong management and operation skills, and the ability to organize and prioritize many tasks effectively.
