As a Professional Conduct Investigator 1, you will conduct investigations regarding allegations of misconduct by professional/occupational licensees, registrants, and certificate holders by reviewing complaints, establishing an investigative plan, conducting interviews, gathering facts and evidence, and preparing reports of investigatory findings. Additionally, you will issue citations for violations and testify at judicial hearings.
Travels to various sites in a geographic area of the state to conduct periodic investigations of all affected professions and occupations, by observation and interviews, noting any deviation from established standards, and preparing reports to communicate findings
