Job Description

As a Sales
Utility Specialist for Data and Enterprise Solutions (DES), you will serve as a
key member of the DES Team working across multiple key sales verticals to
accelerate the operational end to end sales process.



The ideal
candidate is a self-starter, independent thinker, hard worker, but capable of
working in a structured manner to drive results



Support of
Account Management (AM) team in all aspects of maintaining and growing our
current client base, to include



Coverage of
clients during AM leave/absence



Updating client
status/events within Salesforce



Process of
Account-Level changes (Customer name, billing address, etc.)



Uploading of
non-standard MLAs/OFs for signature



Assisting AM's
with our client approval process



Management of
client's government approvals



Assist with
Partner Quarterly Business Review planning and orchestration



Coordination
between Billing and Data customers



Client/Prospect research initiatives

Job Requirements

2+ years experience in Sales Support, Sales and/or Account Management working with SAAS/technology, big data, sales approvals
