Sr Product Marketing Manager- PSTS
Location: Cloudera office in SF Bay Area (CA), Austin (TX), or NYC (NY)
Clouderas Platform Product Marketing is looking for a talented individual to join the team. This role will focus on Clouderas Professional Services, Training, and Support (PSTS) business units. This team member will help define customer/market needs, contribute to the development of marketing content and collateral, and communicate the value proposition of a portfolio of professional services, training, and support offerings on our blog, technology community sites, and other media.
Go-to-market strategy and execution - Starting with the definition of a marketing business plan, define and deliver core professional services, training and support deliverables cover positioning, messaging, content and enablement. Work with cross-functional teams to support press & analyst briefings, demand-generation campaigns, and events in addition to community/developer, business partner, and account-based marketing programs.
Thought leadership - Express your opinion on hot topics and trends pertaining to our space and your field of expertise through blogs, social posts and other field usable assets.
Field enablement - Work with professional services, training, and support leadership, product marketing and sales to create and deliver compelling enablement materials and collateral to the sales team and partners.
Focus - Constant prioritization across several competing objectives for optimal use of time and resources
Whatever else is needed to help sell Cloudera products and services, delight our customers, support our field teams, and help the company grow

Who can work closely and maintain healthy relationships with product marketing, product management, sales, corporate marketing, digital marketing, field marketing and other cross-functional teams
Who understands the frameworks of service messaging, positioning, targeting, and pricing
Who can break down complex offerings into simple concepts for field teams to easily understand
Who can communicate effectively and clearly to internal and external audiences
