**Job Summary:**

The cybersecurity Department is looking for a manager to lead the access provisioning team. This evolving team is primarily responsible for provisioning accounts for the medical records system today, but will soon be expanding to many other applications. The successful manager will be experienced in creating, enforcing, and monitoring processes.

The Cyber Security (CS) manager is a thought leader with a strong background in information technology with a clear understanding of the challenges of information security so they can manage, organize, and plan the activities of the cyber security team. Manages a team of Cybersecurity professionals to achieve the overall goals of the Cybersecurity program. The CS manager ensures appropriate enterprise-wide goals and objectives are developed and monitored while ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of enterprise technology services delivered to our caregivers. Guides cybersecurity teams through all aspects of the security program ensuring the department's goals and objectives are accomplished on time and to the highest possible standard. Builds and understanding and awareness of security issues throughout the organization. Develops security solutions in collaboration with other information technology professionals including outside contractors and vendors.


+ Effective and clear written and verbal communication

+ Ability to handle task-load independently with minimal supervision

+ Solid grasp of general access management and information security concepts, including the Principal of Least Privilege, access appropriate to role, and segregation of duties

+ Robust data analytics experience using tools such as Excel, SQL Server, MS Access, etc.

+ Disciplined alignment to established information security policies and user access operating procedures and adaptive where guidance is not present

+ Ability to translate technical system access and security concepts into business-friendly language

+ Preferred: knowledge of Epic security

**Job Responsibilities:**

+ Provide daily operational management and supervision of access administration and governance activities performed by the team.

+ Onboard new applications to the team - create processes, metrics, and runbooks.

+ Monitor and report metrics related to user access add, change, delete and review.

+ Coordinate various quarterly, annual and ad-hoc user access review across in-scope systems including ongoing business analysis and product maintenance tasks associated with centralized access management/review systems.

+ Provide data analytics of system access reports to verify user access, including development, maintenance and execution of validations via Excel, SQL, etc.

+ Communicate user access reviews to partners; collection and tracking of review results. This includes root cause analysis of access exceptions as well as documentation and execution of remediation plans.

+ Provide resolution and root cause analysis of user access issues reported by supported users.

+ Support further development of the team's access management policies, procedures and standards.

+ Develops and guides team in documenting remediation recommendations to improve the CC environment.

+ Keeps abreast of latest security and privacy legislation, regulations, advisories, alerts, and vulnerabilities.

+ Applies communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, communicate and resolve issues.

+ Facilitates staff augmentation when necessary

+ Other duties as assigned.


+ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or related field preferred.

+ A High School diploma/GED required.


+ Certifications from Epic, SysAdmin, Audit, Network and Security Institute (SANS), International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC2) or Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA) or other position related certifications preferred.

For Information Technology Division caregivers, ITIL Foundations certification is required within 6 months of position start date.

**Work Experience:**

+ High School Diploma/GED: A minimum of 12 years or related experience, including 2 years leadership experience in a process or people oriented role required.

Bachelor's Degree: A minimum of 6 years of recent experience within the Information Technology with focus on Security, including 2 years leadership experience in a process or people oriented role required.

**Physical Requirements:**

+ Requires the ability to sit and be stationary for prolonged periods of time, normal or corrected vision and manual dexterity sufficient to perform work on a personal computer.

Requires the ability to walk to various locations throughout the organization and to function in a stressful environment.

+ Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
