Our client, a leading fashion e-commerce company, is looking for an HRIS and Compensation Manager to join their team. This is a new addition to their team. Experience in Workday is a must! You will be the go-to person for all things HRIS/ Workday related for the company. If you are passionate about Workday and are looking to join a face paced environment, this is the role for you!
Manage the day-to-day activities of Workday HRIS.
Maintain data integrity in systems/ regularly analyzing data.
Create customized Workday reports.
Support Workday's integration with any other current/future systems.
Oversee all system upgrades.
Ensure all HR-related systems are compliant with data protection laws.
Partner with the VP's to support compensation programs and processes.
5-8 years of experience in HRIS (3 years in Workday)
Exposure to / experience working with compensation
