Seeks funds for the Belle of Louisville and Andrew Broaddus foundations, prepares grant requests; develops capital improvement plans and approves contracts awarded for such programs.. Reviews purchases, approves paying of bills and signs checks.. Prepares and submits reports and completes special projects.. Performs related work.. Minimum Requirements. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management,. Communications or a related field..
