About the Team: The Futures Core Services & Clearing Technology program is intended to build the core backbone for the Futures Front-Office technology, covering both Trade STP (e.g. trade flow management, allocations, booking), connectivity to 21 Clearing House globally and build static- and semi-static reference data for the Futures business, as well as the MIS/CRM capabilities needed to run the business. In this role:
  • You will be responsible for analyzing project issues, producing project artefacts (such as Business Requirement and Test Strategy
  • documentation) and implementing the defined solution. You would drive multiple projects simultaneously and carry out.
  • You will also be:
  • Owning business/ functional requirements and change requests, documenting solution and managing end to end
  • project delivery
  • Understanding Business priorities and working as a liaison between Business and Development teams
  • Maintaining Book of Work and facilitating prioritization discussions with key business stakeholders
  • Managing relationship with Business and taking ownership for providing regular project updates to key business and
  • technology stakeholders
  • Communicating key project risks, defining mitigation strategies and managing resolution
  • Developing test strategies, documenting test scenarios and coordinating User Acceptance Testing across front to
  • back tech stack
  • Developing Project Plans and UAT Runbooks
  • Working with development and support teams to resolve production issues and identify root cause
  • Qualifications

  • Some highly desirable *nice to have* skills include:
  • OTC product knowledge, Any business analysis or project management experience in Clearing will be a bonus
  • PMP/Formal PM training will be a plus
  • Qualifications: Educated to degree standard preferableExceptional candidates who do not meet these criteria may be considered for the role provided they have the necessaryskills and experience.
