Kapsuun Group, LLC Company Job Title: Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) - Cyber Clearance: TS/SCI w/ CI Poly Location: Kunia, HI Reports To: Site Lead FLSA Status: Exempt, Full Time, Regular Summary: The Target Digital Network Analyst (Cyber) will support the United States Cyber Command-Cyber Mission Force (USCC CMF) through technical analysis and production activities to ensure target continuity, profile targets and activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position) * Provides support in the processing and exploitation of digital intelligence information, semi-complex to complex in nature. * Leads project teams and supports the processing and exploitation of digital network information (DNI), applications, capabilities, and resources within the assigned area of responsibility * Provides support in the discovery and exploitation of target technology and analyzes digital network communications in relation to cyberspace, with respect to applicability across various systems, technologies, operations, and/or adversarial objectives * Profiles adversarial behavior of identified system attacks in an operation mission context, using intelligence derived from extensive open source materials and classified research to produce finished intelligence products * Exercises independent judgment and expertise in selecting and developing new methods, approaches, and procedures to process or exploit intelligence data using SIGINT, USCC and open source tools; coordinates and tracks semi-complex to complex taskings; tracks production and processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED) requirements; develops and builds metrics; ensures establishment of, and adherence to quality control and technical accuracy standards * Assembles all raw intelligence data and information, which has significant gaps and is difficult to validate; prepares data for exploitation into a variety of forms, depending on the needs of the decision maker and the reporting requirement(s) * Performs required daily duties as designated by Senior Department of the Air Force (DAF) TDNA IAW the Performance Work Statement * Meets timeliness, accuracy and analytic integrity requirements set forth by the Senior DAF TDNA * Identifies and recommends valid USCC processing and exploitation requirements to ensure smooth integration of new concepts in existing programs * Performs edits and quality checks as directed by Senior DAF TDNA * Balances a given situation's need for accuracy and expediency and coordinates an integrated process to meet timelines and accuracy requirements; ensures products, enables strategic, operational, and tactical users to better understand the operational environment systemically, spatially, and temporally, allowing them to take decisive action * Manages a defined range of activities to ensure development, execution, and assessment of world-wide processing and exploitation operations * Provides management with the intelligence information derived from USCC, NSA and other appropriate assets to maximize Commanders' forces' effectiveness by optimizing friendly force strengths, exploiting adversary weaknesses, and countering adversary strengths * Identifies the requirement for and supports the delivery of a fused intelligence product to the customer; applies broad knowledge of relevant customer organizations or operations, including how to translate requirements into appropriate output or response to meet customer needs * Maintains liaison activities and staff coordination through accepted channels of communication with counterparts at national intelligence organizations, the military services, and combatant commands * Maintains the integrity and standardization of IC methodologies by closely coordinating with other specialists to ensure the use of recommended processing and exploitation analytical standards and approaches. * Coordinates an integrated process to meet timelines and accuracy standards of cyberspace requirements; apprises consumers of developments and related background information associated with a given tasking * Provides digital network expertise to intelligence processing and exploitation issues; provides recommendations on operational matters used to initiate management actions for policy revisions and/or committing USCC funds or resources * Attends/participates in meetings with planners from DoD and the IC community; provides recommendations for changes to procedures, policy, and guidance to ensure timely and cost-effective operations * Reviews and evaluates multi-source, technical intelligence from a wide variety of sources; provides recommendations which influence the content, form and format of tailored, timely, accurate, and relevant assessments to customers of all levels in the policy-making, acquisition, and operational customer sets * Identifies requirements and provides recommendations to fill knowledge gaps impacting missions directly related to tactical, operational or strategic level of operations;
