Duties andResponsibilities: Documentmaterials use and hours for each project Handleminor administrative duties such as answering phones and assist customers withrequest forms Electronicallybackup all final files of all images created that allows for addition, changes,corrections, modifications and rapid updates Ensurephotographic products and services are in accordance with accepted industrystandards, other applicable directives, guidelines, regulations, and copyrightlaws Followdirectives from government or senior contractor Otherduties as assigned :(To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform eachessential duty satisfactorily.) HighSchool Diploma or GED required 6months experience in Visual Information or related field Knowledge, Skillsand Abilities: Knowledgeof Windows and/or Macintosh based computer(s) Knowledgeof Adobe Creative Suite Design Premium, and Microsoft Office Suite applications Abilityto assist with photographic services to include all phases of photographicimage production to include but not limited to: the creation of originalphotographs using film, digital or computer generated products, and delivery ofcompleted project at both on and offsite locations Mustbe well organized, and an effective communicator Mustbe capable of managing multiple projects with time related constraints in afast paced contract manufacturing environment Physical Demands: While performing the duties of thisJob, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employeeis frequently required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reachwith hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand; climb orbalance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally liftand/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this jobinclude close vision. (Thework environment characteristics described here are representative of those anemployee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.) The employee will normally work ina temperature-controlled office environment, with frequent exposure toelectronic office equipment. During visits to areas ofoperations, may be exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions. Is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborneparticles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise. Nativepreference under PL 93-638. Weparticipate in the E-Verify Employment Verification Program.
