Chanel, Inc. is looking to recruit an IT Lead for Digital Client Solutions for retail. This role will be responsible to partner with the business to identify Client Journeys (focused on retail) and come up with solutions to enable it. The candidate will be directly managing the Clienteling Product which is a strategic tool for Boutique Associates to connect with Clients. The role is strategic to connect Client touch points for an Omni-Client experience and service.

Responsibilities

* Partner with the business to define Omni-Client Journeys as input to Product development in particular the Clienteling application
* Project Management to deliver the Product Roadmap
* Product backlog management and prioritization
* Project Communication
* Lead scrum teams - Agile methodology
* Data insights - qualitative and quantitative to influence Product development
* Research and analyze the market - bring new ideas to the team

Requirements

* +5 Years Digital agency experience delivering solutions and business values
* App Management/Development experience
* Product Management and Project Management
* Knowledge of Clienteling (as a Product and Tool)
* Retail experience. Preferred if client has worked in a boutique environment
* Data/KPI driven
* Agile/Scrum methodology experience
* Innovation mindset
* 10% Travel
