Description: The Sr. Director of Creative Services will lead and mentor a team of Project Managers and Production Management to provide an outstanding and efficient level of Creative Service in support of business initiatives and projects across Century 21 Stores.  Responsibilities: Enforce and maintain all project asset workflow and deadlines across all areas of business: Marketing, Digital/ECOMM, Stores, Corporate, PR, Events, HR Monitor project schedules to ensure team members are adhering to benchmarks and action items Communicate cross-functionally with other department leads to align on workflow, processes, and initiatives Build and maintain solid working relationships with cross-functional teams Review all brief requests for required information and assign to Project Managers Oversee and route creative proofs in Workfront for review, edits, and approvals Lead weekly Creative Production Meeting Agenda to discuss project status, issues, and risks Responsible for timely final delivery of project deliverables to associated teams Manage overall creative budget Work with Production Manager and Procurement to research and vet vendor rates for all externally sourced projects (Direct Mail, Special Collateral, etc.) Workfront Administration: training/on-boarding new users, manage subscription, upgrades, and optimization Troubleshoot post-delivery issues with external print and media vendors Continuously identify workflow and process improvements and opportunities as business needs shift and evolve Represent the POV/decisions of CMO and VP of Marketing in meetings and throughout creative process Lead overall Creative Services Team by developing talent and skills of direct reports and help clear obstacles in an exemplary manner Mentor direct reports by presenting opportunities for growth that support the growing needs of C21’s business initiatives; as well as, their individual development plans Work with C21 Change Champion Committee to advocate for People and Team-Building that promotes C21’s Core Values   Minimum Requirements   Qualifications: The Sr. Director of Creative Services will have an established track record of understanding and facilitating the Creative Process across print and digital channels with a focus on Marketing initiatives Strong understanding of workflow best practices that promote productivity from conception to live Proven success in management of people through obstacles and high productivity Experience working with internal and external clients on translating their business objectives into formulated project plans Must have 10+ years relevant experience Core Values: Belief in and behaviors reflective of Century 21’s Higher Purpose and Core Values. All positions at Century 21 are created with the understanding that our Higher Purpose is to Deliver Value to live better. We achieve our mission on a daily basis by demonstrating our Core Values: Respect, Communicate, Teamwork, Honesty, Grow, Positivity, and Amaze.   There has never been a better time to join the company whose growth knows no boundaries.
