The Financial Systems team at our client in the airline industry is seeking a Helpdesk Analyst to provide support to their internal systems. This individual will be maintaining and supporting their ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics), procurement system and a number of other relevant software used by the Finance/Accounting departments. They will also be involved with documenting best practices and ensuring compliant activity related to the systems. Primary responsibilities will include supporting their financial systems (ERP, procurement, etc). They will need to be comfortable adding new users, changing security privileges and providing general administrative duties associated with these systems. This individual will be highly visible with the rest of the accounting/finance department so they must have great customer service skills and provide a high quality experience to internal employees. In addition to supporting their financial systems, this individual will be expected to provide general IT support to internal employees as needed (software and infrastructure based requests). 3+ years of IT support experience (desktop or helpdesk environment) Understanding/experience working with ERP systems Documentation experience is preferred Background providing system administration duties Must have strong customer service skills Must have excellent attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Bachelor s Degree is preferred, but not required
