In this role... You will partner with Sr. Director, Benefits on: strategy, merger and acquisition activity, vendor contract renewals, RFPs and plan compliance topics as applicable. You will recommend and implement improvements based on analysis of Health and Welfare and Retirement plan trends to deliver value for both Broadridge and associates You'll perform fiscal year forecasts relating to current, new and revised benefits programs as well as the analysis of claims data provided through various vendors You will lead entire Open Enrollment process, including related updates with vendors/systems/policies as well as deliver impactful communications to associates You will communicate on an advanced level: as a Broadridge benefits subject matter authority for associates, internal partners and vendors, in associate communications with emphasis on web-based applications (ServiceNow), and when presenting to internal partners and associate as needed You will partner with internal business functions and third party vendors to provide seamless world-class service to associates Qualifications Required: 8+ years of progressive benefits experience, with demonstrated experience with both retirement and health and insurance benefits Bachelor's degree in related field Strong command of U.S. benefit programs up to and including: Defined Contribution Retirement, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending, COBRA, Disability and Life insurance Demonstrated extraordinary financial, analytical, quantitative analysis Consistent track record of strong project management skills, leading multiple initiatives concurrently with strong attention to detail Experience with benchmarking, plan design, and vendor management Demonstrated effective analytical skills Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, comfortable communicating with senior management Highly motivated self-starter, with validated ability to work effectively in a team environment Excellent judgment, such as knowing when to raise an issue Ability to travel between 10-15% per year, as needed for open enrollment, vendor meetings, acquisition integration activities Ideal: Advanced presentation, written and digital communication skills, as well the ability to convey benefits information to associates in an easy to understand manner Non-qualified retirement plan experience a plus Experience with Workday HRIS, ADP Payroll (EV5), and ServiceNow a plus Experience with successfully working inside a Shared-Service Corporate HR model a plus.
