You can visit us at Client Relations Manager, Job Description Summary:  The Client Relations Manager will work to ensure that Boxzooka maintains all of its commitments to our ecommerce clients, and operates in a manner consistent with being recognized as the premier international fulfillment provider. This candidate will facilitate the mutual respect and effective communication vital to this process, while maximizing Boxzooka’s revenues and ensuring that the highest quality service standards are met. A key responsibility will be to proactively monitor and manage client activities related to order processing and inventory control including the development of forecasts and operational requirements. We’re looking for this person to act as a “trusted advisor” to our clients, somebody who can help avoid or mitigate risk before our clients do. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: This isn’t a sales position, but we’re looking for someone who can continuously reiterate our value proposition to our clients.  Maintaining the client advocate stance. Drive to meet results and continuous improvement. Maintaining efficiencies in the Boxzooka (BXZ) operations and drive towards positive results in the BXZ margins. Proactively communicate information across all internal and external partners. Publishing weekly meeting agendas and updated project plans 24 hours in advance of the scheduled meeting. Publishing the conference reports and/or meeting recaps within 48 hours of the conference call and/or meeting. Reviewing the operational processes and provide feedback to the clients and/or internal team on recommendations where efficiencies and cost savings can be realized. Address all "escalations" and/or ensure that they are properly communicated with the management team for resolution. Manage overall daily activities. Requirements: E-commerce, distribution and/or strong project management experience is a plus. Account management experience in a service or retail organization is a plus. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient with all MS Office applications….especially MS Excel and PowerPoint.
