Elementary Spanish Teacher - .45 FTEHorizons K-8 SchoolPosition Description:This is a .45 FTE position teaching K-6 introduction to Spanish. Hours and days worked are based on elementary scheduling priorities, generally Mon-Thurs, 11:30 am to 3:45 pmEssential Duties and Responsibilities: The following statements of duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position. Intermediate to advanced knowledge and understanding of the Spanish languageEnthusiasm to help students K-5 learn and explore Spanish language and cultureExcellent collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.ExperienceTwo or more years of Elementary Spanish teaching is preferred but not required.Skill/Knowledge/Technology Proficient with google applications and gmail for communications. 21st Century Technology use in the classroom.
