Defense Capture Manager with Security Clearance

Job Number: R0053899 Defense Capture Manager Key Role: Identify and win executable b us iness for defense ind us try clients through applying expertise across the b us iness development life cycle, from opportunity identification through shaping and capture and proposal and contract startup and execution. Leverage senior-level leadership and extensive community relationships within the defense ind us try and government clients. Leverage b us iness development and functional expertise to build addressable market and increased te chn ical solutions development work in C4ISR. Lead complex negotiations with ind us try partners to build teams in support of large complex procurements. Lead capture for complex and te chn ical bids, including identifying and comprehending clients' requirements and buying patterns, developing complex te chn ical solution options, and building a cost-competitive ind us try team that can deliver client impact through a winning bid. Drive market-based competitive intelligence, market assessments, client assessments, and strategic planning efforts in support of expanding specific client-based opportunity portfolios and pipeline. Manage key stakeholder relationships, keep the b us iness leadership team informed, and engage in advancing strategic partnerships with clients and ind us try partners. Basic Qualifications: -10+ years of experience with multi-discipline solutioning for the DoD and civilian communities in C4ISR -3+ years of experience in direct management of complex solutions and development capture efforts for defense community and government clients -Experience with leading very large captures and developing complex te chn ical solutions -Experience with developing and maintaining effective internal and external b us iness relationships with clients and ind us try partners -Experience with successful execution of all phases of a large and multi-year capture efforts, including strategic planning, teaming, proposals, market, or competitive and price-to-win analyses -Ability to show expertise in the b us iness development life cycle and solution selling methodologies -Ability to communicate multi-step and interdependent activities effectively to capture teams and ensure efficient execution of captured efforts -Ability to lead teams and stakeholders throughout the capture process -Ability to obtain a security clearance -HS diploma or GED Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
