Bloomingdale's Store Management Internship is the entry to our Executive Development Program. This 10-week paid summer program will expose you to cross-functional departments as you experience all facets of running a multimillion dollar upscale department store. Our developmental curriculum, experiential learning structure, and executive panels provide the skills and confidence needed for you to learn what it takes to be a leader and business owner in this fast-paced industry.
Your summer project will give you the opportunity to work with your peers to balance commerce and creativity, affecting change through innovation and hard work. You will collaborate with all levels of our executive teams to address challenges and implement strategies to positively impact our business and brand. We will guide you through constructive candor as you present results in a powerful presentation to senior leadership.
Additionally, you will be mentored by key executives and learn what it takes to coach and develop a team of powerful sellers, assist in the daily operation of our stores, and analyze sales trends in an Omnichannel environment.

* Current college Juniors with a solid academic record (GPA 3.0 or higher), all majors welcomed
