Job Summary

This Project Controls position will be assigned to a role in Cost Engineering. Under appropriate supervision performs routine project controls assignments according to training, capability and experience. In addition to performing duties as assigned, this position will be primarily focused on developing knowledge regarding scheduling, costing, and concepts related to the industry technology and project management. Individual contributor with no subordinates.

Key Responsibilities

Gain working knowledge of EPC work processes, construction concepts, and dependencies between fuctions. Develop project rish analysis skills. Understands financial/accounting reporting. General understanding of budgets.

Cost:

* Assists in Cost Reporting & tracking.
* Assists in maintenance of quantity reporting.
* Assists in change mgmt process.
* Understands B&V financial entities.

Minimum Qualifications

Four year Bachelor's degree or local equivalent required, or equivalent experience. No experience required with a four year Bachelor's degree or local equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

Prefer four-year Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.

Minimum Technical Competencies

* Understand financial/accounting reporting

Preferred Job Qualifications

Four-year Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in Engineering or Construction Managementor nontechnical Bachelor's degree with business and computer software courses plus one year or more of relevant Cost Control experience in Home Office or Field Office experience.
