Ensure that all facilities and equipment are kept clean and in excellent working condition through inspection and by following the Company's preventative maintenance programs. Ensure that all products and orders are received, accurate pricing and in correct unit count and condition. Oversee and ensure that Company policies on employee performance are followed and completed on a timely basis. Schedule labor as required by anticipated business activity while ensuring that all positions are staffed when and as needed and labor cost objectives are met. Be knowledgeable and accountable to all Company policies regarding personnel and administer prompt, fair and consistent corrective action for any and all violations of company policies, rules and procedures. Ongoing administrative, HR and financial training Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety and labor requirements of the restaurant, employees and guests. Develop, plan and carry out Company marketing, advertising and promotional activities and campaigns. Job Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of Assistant managermanagementsupervisory duty in a full service restaurant setting Minimum 3 years of General Management experience in a full service dining andor casual upscale restaurant setting Familiarity and proven communication protocol with restaurant operations; COMMUNICATION that is exhaustive, and equally persuasive verbally and written Possess excellent basic financial skills; MASTERY of P, line by line, capable of generating and interpreting financial reporting Working knowledge of POSAloha, Scheduling Software, Excel (spreadsheets), Google Suite and Electronic Order Entry ServSafe Manager, TIPS, First Aid and CPR Certified Cicerone Certification is preferred Physical Demands: Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours). Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift products and equipment. Must have the stamina to work 50 to 60 hours per week. Flexibility to work nights, weekends and some holidays.
