We have a number of positions for the best sales talent. We have a proven highly structured sales process; sector-busting conversion ratios & compelling, proven ROI's for customers.

You will be sharp, dedicated & energetic with a desire to be \"part of something\" vs. just looking for the next \"2-year sales gig\" to pay the bills. The focus of the role is new business sales within the manufacturing sector, developing & converting new opportunities and managing a full sales cycle to deliver a $1M+ quota. We are looking for a combination of intelligence, personality & \"presence\" and some sound selling experience, a minimum of 5 years in new business sales experience in technology, consulting or a \"technical\" sale.

We will conduct phone interviews then a formal interview with a presentation and skills assessment in Miami, FL to determine the best fit candidates.

If you are selected, we will provide a 3 month intensive coaching induction program both at our Miami head quarters and out in the field, so there will be periods when you may be required to be Miami for multiple weeks at a time, during this period accommodation will be provided for these trips. You will then have your own multi-state territory in the mid west or east coast.

  • Experience of selling the food and beverage & CPG sector is a big advantage

  • Salespeople that have \"lost the plot\" in Silicon Valley


This is a $250K+ opportunity for the right candidate

  • $100k base salary depending on experience PLUS
  • $150k OTE commission package PLUS
  • Profit Share Program that accelerates base salary:
    • Year 1: 25%
    • Year 2: 35%
    • Year 3: 45%
    • Year 4: 55%
