EDGE places heavy emphasis on three key initiatives: premiumization of our portfolio, success in the high-impact on premise and large format liquor (LFL) channels, and a focus on key, influential citiesThis is a Great Opportunity because:* Opportunity to directly influences key on and off premise owners, staff, and influencers* Strong opportunity for entrepreneurship creating and building brands at a grass roots level* Development of meaningful image as \"game maker\" in marketplace, organically building events, opportunities and partnerships with local groups to drive brand relevance* Access to some of the most unique, rare, innovative spirits in the world* Collaboration with local Beam sales and marketing team, distributors, and influential trade personnel* Participation in the EDGE initiative at Beam SuntoryOutcomes/Success Criteria* Financial performance in assigned accounts* KPIs against key executional activities (distribution, displays/POS, menu placements, drink features)* Execution of high impact consumer and trade events* Execution of educational experiences (staff trainings, distillery visits)* Brand health and awareness elevation* Contribution to overall market's financial performanceRole Mission* Primary lead in establishing strong, meaningful relationships with top, most important on premise and off premise accounts in market servicing multicultural consumers in the [New York] market.* Overall responsibility for Beam Suntory portfolio advocacy, building credibility and brand loyalty with multicultural community through targeted, authentic programming, and event execution.* Win the minds and hearts of customers, consumers, and influencers with compelling storytelling about the craft and heritage of our brands.* Form strong and mutually beneficial relationships with influential trade including account owners, food and drink program managers, bartenders, and wait staff.* Establish relevant partnerships with key influencers that will expand outreach to consumers and drive thought leadership for Beam Suntory brands.* Conduct regular visits to assigned accounts and identify opportunities to support growth of account through development of key branded programs and initiatives.* Drive awareness of Beam Suntory brands in assigned accounts by ensuring best-in-class execution on displays, signage, and shelf (off) and POS, menus, and events (on) in accounts* Develop customized consumer and trade experiences that effectively drive demand, leveraging brand intrinsic values (e.g., heritage) to create successful brand experiences that resonate with the multicultural community.* Partner with Field Marketing and Portfolio Specialists to develop custom POS and execute consumer and trade events.* Develop relationships with distributor partners to identify and secure distribution, menus, and promotions for relevant Beam Suntory brands in influential key accounts.* Leverage local PR, social media, and relationships with key influencers to drive awareness and advocacy of Beam Suntory brands* Understand the competitive landscape and works to gain a competitive advantage though creative programming, menu placements, promotions, and events.* Work closely with Multicultural Team Lead to ensure adherence to multicultural marketing platform/ways of working and execute demand driving activation.* Leverage Luxury Specialists, Key Account Managers, and Brand Ambassadors to drive brand advocacy through staff trainings and consumer events.* Work with local Commercial Operations Manager to continually evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and assess ROI.* Leverage Brand Investment and T&E budgets to maximize spend for greatest in-account impact.Qualifications & Experience* Bachelor's degree preferred* General Sales and/or Marketing experience* Excellent influencing skills* Commercial Mindset* Creativity* Collaboration* Entrepreneurship* Fluent in both Spanish and English* Valid driver license and clean driving recordAdditional qualifications desired:* Previous Alcoholic Beverage industry experience* Previous multicultural sales/marketing experience* Familiarity or experience with multicultural community with proven credibility and relationships with the high-end community (influencers)* Experience developing and executing community programs and events* Knowledge of relevant spirits categories in order to engage thoughtfully on Beam Suntory portfolio* Creative and stimulating advocate for the Beam Suntory brands* Strong presentation skills and ability to adapt to different environments and stakeholders* Strong time management and organizational skills* Effective budget management capabilitiesBeam Suntory is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
