Our client, an advertising agency in Boston, is seeking an Office Manager to ideally begin on Monday. In this role, you will oversee and handle all office activities including, greeting and directing agency guests, answering and directing phone calls, handling all facilities-related tasks, ordering all office supplies, setting up office space for new employees, distributing mail, sending and receiving packages, maintaining the office calendar, and providing catering support for internal and external events. Additionally, you will handle administrative requests, arrange travel, and provide support to the executive team. The ideal candidate must hold their degree and have one to three years of relevant experience. You must also have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, a positive attitude, solid communication skills, the ability to take initiative, and a solid work ethic. This role consists of a Monday through Friday schedule and can pay 15 an hour depending on skills and experience. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
