Chicago office of an AmLaw firm seeks M&A and private equity associate attorney with 2-3 years of relevant experience. The candidate should have experience working on acquisitions and control investments (leveraged buyouts, add-on acquisitions, etc.), minority and growth equity investments, recapitalizations and sell-side transactions. Should preferably have experience working on transactions for both financial sponsors as well as private and public strategic buyers/sellers. Must be admitted to the Illinois Bar.
