If so, we want to hear from you!Executive Sourcing Strategic AdvisorWe are looking for an Executive Sourcing Strategic Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role you will act as an Account Manager, consulting on business drivers, exciting locations, and interesting and unique venue options, while working along-side your team mates and with clients to ensure each event is placed in a top-notch location at the best possible price. You are an experience negotiator who understands the value of long-lasting relationships with client and hotel/venue partners and builds those relationships while consulting on the overall sourcing strategy of a well tenured account team. Sound like you? Read on!Your responsibilities* Work with your peers and clients to understand meeting goals, flow and space requirements. Send RFPs to properties that will be a great fit and field responses. You have a solid understanding of US cities and have experience working in a multicultural environment.* Account management of preidentified client sets to strategically source and make business recommendation that meet their organizations overall goals and objectives.* Daily leader for a small, specialized sourcing team.* Vet viable options and make recommendations. Prepare detailed presentations. Be consultative in your approach.* Use your existing contacts and build new relationships with clients, vendors, NSMs, CVBs and sales teams.* Negotiate the best deals for our clients. Understand client needs, procurement practices, norms and expectations. Ensure no detail is left out.* Be nimble, problem solve and get creative. Afterall, the venue can make or break the event (and budget!).You're good at* Managing multiple priorities and being adaptable.
