The Digital Channels organization, part of the larger Global Transaction Services division, oversees the development and execution of comprehensive strategies supporting all Treasury services accessible via CashPro's multiple channels (online, mobile, file to file, and API connectivity).
Consider an opportunity to join GTS Digital Channels as a Product Manager for CashPro Reporting, a dynamic transaction reporting and research application offered as part of the larger CashPro suite of global digital banking services. This is a high visibility position given the extensive usage of these services across all segments of the bank.
The CashPro Reporting Product Manager will focus on the functionality and tactical deployment of enhanced features and functionality to improve client user experience, drive overall adoption and usage of CashPro Credit and CashPro overall. Success depends on a strong partnership within Product Management, technology, operations, finance and other internal partners.
Core functions and requirements for the CashPro Reporting Product Manager role:
* Co-manage CashPro Reporting product capabilities across digital channels (CashPro Online, CashPro Mobile, CashPro Connect, CashPro API). * Engage with clients to gain insights related to business needs, validate future product direction and increase client utilization of digital tools * Provide end to end Product Management to ensure the digital offerings meet client needs while differentiating BofAML in the marketplace * Own the overall channel and investment roadmap for CashPro Reporting, incorporating current and future capabilities, including greater data insights. * Define a future simplified CashPro experience to address client feedback and to better enable clients to transition to CashPro as relationships deepen across treasury solutions. * Contribute to analysis and recommendations related to a new channel billing structure. * Participate in data collection and analysis to measure baseline client servicing behavior and ongoing adoption of online solutions within the suite of CashPro capabilities. * Represent the Digital Channels line of business during production support. * Facilitate management routines around the product financial life cycle, inclusive of revenue and total cost of ownership * Lead fulfillment, servicing, reporting and technical teams to drive experience, operational improvements, and manage risk
