NY Regulation Specialist

NY Regulation 60 Specialist
Effectively manage replacement of annuity business the state of New York. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, communicating with Financial Professionals to ensure that all required replacement paperwork submitted is in good order. Contact insurance carriers to acquire existing contract quotes, ensure license and appointment status is in compliant within the state of NY, and work in conjunction with various New Business departments and Internal/External Wholesalers to ensure all requirements are handled within the specified timelines mandated by the state of NY.
College degree required (Associate's degree or higher)
- Knowledge of nbA and AWD or comfortable learning new software/systems.
- highly motivated, detail-oriented.
